Refund Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, providing the paint is unused, seal is still intact and in its original condition.. Please send an email to hello@frenchic.com.au and one of our friendly team will assist you, Please Note for a change of mind return you will need to pay the return shipping to your local Frenchic Paint Australia Warehouse and you will be provided a Credit Note

Once we receive your item(s) back into our warehouse, we will send you an email, and process the refund (less shipping) back to your online account. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@frenchic.com.au, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. If your item is sent with Australia Post, you will need to take the damaged items (in the packaging) to you local post office for assessment, if you aren't close to an Australia Post Office, please let us know. (this is due to Australia Posts Terms & Conditions)

    Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days, during certain periods (Public Holidays etc)  it will processed within 4  business days.

    Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

    If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at hello@frenchic.com.au. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

  • 04.

    Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors. .

Is there free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $150*

*For Wall Paint due to the size and value, we are unable to offer free shipping - your shipment will be insured and sent in additional protective packaging

What if I haven't received my order?

If your order has not arrived within the above prescribed time, please contact the carrier in the first instance, should they be unable to assist, please use our online web chat to discuss the order. 

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped with Australia Post, StarTrack, or TNT - Bowerbird Distribution PTY LTD reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier.
