Refund Policy

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, providing the paint is unused, seal is still intact and in its original condition.. Please send an email to hello@frenchicgroup.com.au and one of our friendly team will assist you, please note for a change of mind return you will need to pay the return shipping to your local Frenchic Paint Australia Warehouse

Once we receive your item(s) back into our warehouse, we will send you an email, and process the refund back less shipping back to your original payment method. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@frenchicgroup.com.au, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Due to Australia Posts Terms & Conditions, you will need to take the damaged items (in the packaging) to you local post office for assessment, if you aren't close to an Australia Post Office, please let us know. 

Order Process

    Provided your order is placed prior to 12pm we will dispatch on the same day, if placed after 12pm, it will processed on the next business days. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 3 business days of their arrival into our warehouse.

    Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

  • 03.

    If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at hello@frenchicgroup.com.au. We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

  • 04.

    Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
