Refund Policy

We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery, providing the paint is unused, seal is still intact and in its original condition.. Please send an email to and one of our friendly team will assist you, please note for a change of mind return you will need to pay the return shipping to your local Frenchic Paint Australia Warehouse

Once we receive your item(s) back into our warehouse, we will send you an email, and process the refund (less shipping) back to your original payment method. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. If your item is sent with Australia Post, you will need to take the damaged items (in the packaging) to you local post office for assessment, if you aren't close to an Australia Post Office, please let us know. (this is due to Australia Posts Terms & Conditions)

    Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days, during certain periods (Public Holidays etc)  it will processed within 3 business days.

    Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

    If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

    Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors. We will refund the original order, less shipping & processing if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

*For Wall Paint, Free Delivery is applicable on orders over $200

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. If your parcel has shipped, we are unable to amend, your item will be returned to sender (us) , and then resent.
